The Kreissparkasse Köln takes part in dispute settlement proceedings before this recognised consumer arbitration board.
Where there is a perceived violation of the supervisory legislation for financial services providers as specified in §§675c to 676c of the German Civil Code or of article 248 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code, customers can in addition file a complaint with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Postfach 1253, 53002 Bonn.

European online arbitration platform
The European Commission has established a European online arbitration platform under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ This platform can be used by consumers for out-of-court settlement of disputes in connection with online sales or service agreements.
